What is Power Book IV: Force about?

Tommy Egan arrives in Chicago with nothing but a crew, a gun, and the kind of arrogance that comes from surviving New York's underworld. Power Book IV: Force follows him as he tries to muscle into a drug trade run by established families, the Garcia brothers prominent among them. He's an outsider with no respect to earn and nothing to lose, which makes him either the smartest player in the room or the dumbest.
