What we collect
If you create an account, we collect basic account information — your name and email address. That information is collected and stored by our authentication provider, Clerk, which handles sign-in on our behalf. For all visitors, signed in or not, we collect basic aggregate analytics: which pages are viewed, a general sense of location, and the type of device being used. This analytics data is not tied to your identity.
How we use it
We use the information we collect to provide the service: to run accounts, keep your watchlist, record fan predictions, and send the email alerts you have asked for. Aggregate analytics help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Cookies
We use essential cookies that keep you signed in and let the site function properly, and analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. Essential cookies are needed for the site to work; analytics cookies simply give us a clearer picture of overall usage.
Third-party services
IsItRenewed relies on a small number of third-party services. Clerk handles authentication and account storage. Vercel provides hosting for the site. TV metadata and imagery are sourced from TMDB. When renewal-alert emails are enabled, they are delivered through an email service provider. Each of these providers processes only the data needed to perform its role.
You will only receive watchlist renewal alerts if you have subscribed to them. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can change your email preferences at any time in your account settings.
Your choices and contact
You can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing us at hello@isitrenewed.com. You can also delete your account at any time, which removes the account information associated with it. If you have any questions about this policy or how your data is handled, the same address is the best way to reach us.
