What is The Ren & Stimpy Show about?

The Ren & Stimpy Show is a cartoon about two dogs who shouldn't work as a pair. Ren is a scrawny, perpetually furious Chihuahua. They live together in a ramshackle house and spend their days tormenting each other, getting lost in bizarre dimensions, and discovering new and creative ways to be disgusting.
