What is Bloodline about?

Sissy Spacek as the Rayburn matriarch is especially effective, playing a woman who has normalized her own complicity so thoroughly that she can barely acknowledge it.

Critics were divided, particularly as the show progressed. The first season earned serious attention and strong reviews for its craft and atmosphere.
