Gabriela Roel (b. 13 December 1959) is a Mexican film and television actress. Gabriela Roel studied theater at the Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua and Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. She began her artistic career in Mexican film and theater in the mid-1980s, with a role in the film "La casa que arde de noche" (The house that burns at night). Subsequently, she made her television debut in the soap opera "Pobre juventud". Since then she has had a prolific career as an actress in film, theater and television. In 2017 she was in charge of writing the theme song for the biographical series "Hoy voy a cambiar" about Lupita D'alessio premiered that same year and what at first was a dialogue for said biographical series, today is D'alessio's most recent and successful theme song.Read full biography
